In the past year, our legal team has been involved in several high-profile transactions. Notably, we successfully navigated a complex merger group companies while ensuring all necessary regulatory requirements. 

What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?

For 2024, our strategic priorities include strengthening key priority is to support the company’s international expansion efforts by providing thorough legal guidance on cross-border transactions and local regulatory requirements. Lastly, we aim to foster a culture of continuous learning within our team to stay ahead of legal developments and industry trends. 

Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about?

I am particularly passionate about financial inclusion and the role fintech can play in providing access to financial services for all. I believe that innovative financial technologies can bridge gaps and create opportunities for economic growth and stability.
