What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?

We aim to further digitalise the legal business in our daily operations, not only by implementing basic existing legal tools but also by monitoring for the next wave of the digitalisation revolution via AI. We aim to be aware of the future needs of the company and will prepare ourselves to adapt to next-generation business and legal process models.

As you are all aware, the workload of legal departments is increasing, leading to the growth of legal teams within companies over time. Additionally, the focus areas of the legal department have expanded widely.

As the legal team of Sofra/Compass Group Türkiye, we are making great efforts to contribute to every business activity of our group under all circumstances. Given our wide service area encompassing catering, security, and support services, each member of the legal department must be equipped with an extensive knowledge of a wide variety of contracts. As a result, having the support of AI will become inevitable sooner than expected.

Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about?

As I mentioned earlier, we are more passionate than ever about digitalisation and utlising artificial intelligence with a very careful approach to improve our service quality and speed. And of course, we are passionate about providing high-quality food as a leading catering company.
