What are the most significant cases or transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?

Entering the US real estate market by being involved in eight development projects including condos, hotels, multi-family units, and assisted living facilities, to name a few. We have been involved as a joint venture partner with various local, reputable US developers.

What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?

Expanding development projects in all sectors in which the company operates.

Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about?

I love being involved in development projects from A to Z, encompassing purchasing, zoning, M&A, financing, construction, permitting, and opening. Being part of a significant transaction and seeing the final product created through the joint efforts of the team is incredibly rewarding.
