What are the most significant cases or transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?

2023 was an active year for our group. We have been involved in multi-party project finances, international arbitration, and corporate restructuring projects, as well as new investments, on top of our busy day-to-day tasks.

This year is going to be challenging, both in terms of universal turbulence and the emergence of new rules and regulations across the globe.

Trade remedies and sanctions are becoming increasingly important, indicating that these topics will continue to be on the radar for general counsel as they evolve rapidly.
