What are the most significant cases or transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?

We are increasingly closer to the company’s business areas, supporting and being seen as partners of the operation and other areas of the company, making it clear that legal’s work brings efficiency, security and agility. Making us increasingly present and relevant. In addition, we participate in the issuance of debentures, drafting and negotiating complex contracts and supporting the Company’s expansion.
