First, can you please give us an idea of the sort of work your team has done recently? 

We rolled out a matter management system and streamlined all processes regarding to legal. Also, we are now supporting our clients regarding the new challenges due to the new MedKF-TG where some clients are obligated to report their ad spendings and campaigns to the RTR. 

How does your legal strategy change during periods of instability or uncertainty?   

During times of uncertainty the legal department is getting closer to the business and the commercial decisions. We create new ways for company restructuring and define how the business could change to stabilise the business and income streams. 

Do you make use of any ‘legal tech’ products, and if so, for which areas of your job do you find it most useful? 

We are using a ticketing system and a matter management system as well as searchable contract repository. For 2024 and 2025 we are looking into utilising AI tools to review and pre create contracts specific to our business sector.
