Commercial lawyer with excellent communication and team leadership skills and experience in stakeholder management, holding superior negotiating skills and with the ability to work in a complex international environment and with substantial experience working with different cultures. More than 15 years working in international and highly regulated businesses and a vast experience in all aspects of business and commercial legal matters as well as risk reduction.

Significantly experienced in legal compliance and have know-how in all legal, compliance, and data privacy matters pertaining to B2B and B2C business within the EU, Eastern Europe, Russia, CIS, the United States of America, and Australia.

Nicole uses her ability to connect and communicate successfully with people of diverse cultures and within different departments, thus bridging the gap between internal legal and business, providing excellent legal, compliance, data privacy and business solutions.

She holds an LLM (business law) from UCLA law school, a law degree from University of Adelaide as well as a business strategy diploma from the University of Oxford.

She isadmitted to the bar in New York and South Australia.
