Nuttapong Chantarasapt has been the General Manager: Compliance Management and Legal of Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Limited, a Mercedes-Benz Group company since 2017. He is currently in charge of compliance management in the South East Asia 1 region and General Counsel of Thailand for passenger car, van and manufacturing businesses of Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG, and Mercedes-Maybach vehicles. Nuttapong and his legal team played crucial role to successfully launch “Retail of the Future: Thailand” project which has dramatically changed business model and dealer network of Mercedes-Benz Thailand from reseller to authorized agent model in 2022 – 2024. Prior to Mercedes-Benz Thailand, he was in Shell Company of Thailand, PTT PLC, and secondment to Ministry of Natural Resources & Environment. Nuttapong graduated LL.B. from Thammasat University and LL.M. from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento CA and University of Portsmouth in the UK.
