Could you share an example of a time when you came up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works and did not come at a large expense?

Following an internal audit, and as part of a team effort, I have created impact to improve and/or change internal processes to be implemented by the company to mitigate risk in our activities.

What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about, and why?

I am passionate about communication. The way we are and communicate with those around us, and specifically in our workplace, can be game changing. The way in which a Legal & Compliance team communicates with its teams, how it explains the rules and procedures, and knowing how to explain, without being imposing, the reason for the rules and the ethical component, means that Legal & Compliance is not just a department, but a way of acting for the whole company. Consequently, we will be able to better manage risks in our activity because it becomes a way of being, doing business ethically becomes part of the company’s DNA.
