• IFRS 16: The implementation of IFRS 16 has necessitated documentation compliance where we have been enjoying protected tenancies.
  
• Social Health Insurance Act, 2023: This new legislation has required us to lobby against certain regulations and actively participate in public forums to influence policy direction.
  
• Data Protection Act: Despite the statute being 5 years old, we are constantly discovering the challenges of implementation
