Oliver Dundo is a corporate and commercial lawyer with experience in commercial transactions including public private partnerships (PPPs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), energy and infrastructure projects, Utilities regulation (Water, Power & telecom) and compliance, construction and infrastructure development, environmental, health and safety and sustainability. He has seven years of extensive experience in projects, energy and infrastructure advisory space. His work is in project structuring, risk analysis, public-private negotiations, debt & equity funding, power purchase agreements, concession agreements, EPC contracts, O&M contracts and joint ventures for projects. His functional areas of expertise include transport, energy, water supply, waste-water reuse, solid waste management, healthcare and education, infrastructure finance, transactions & capacity building, PPP project transaction advisory, PPP Policy and capacity building including mainstreaming PPPs in Energy, Transport, ICT, Health and Education sectors. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Kenyatta University, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, a Diploma in Journalism from the British College of Journalism. He is a graduate of the Africa Project Finance Program and a certified PPP professional. He is currently pursuing a post graduate diploma in investment compliance from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (the CISI) and Certified Pension Manager, from the Institute of Pension Management. Oliver is also a faculty member at ISBI@Strathmore Business School where he teaches Law Module – Advanced Entrepreneurship Program (AEP).
