The team has been involved in transactional work like acquisition and incorporation for new country greenfield. Some strategic partnerships involving structuring and execution and consolidating technical and service support to Africa.

Which recent political, economic or regulatory changes have impacted your work the most in the past year?

Some notable things that have impacted on our work have been legislative changes, global and in-country economic changes and changes in regulatory environments – e.g. cloud regulations and more.

Are there any causes, business or otherwise, that you are passionate about?

I am passionate about technology, payments and FinTech. I’m also passionate about mentoring the upcoming professionals and next generation.
