Adedoyin Olowe has been the manager of legal services at Nigeria-based Zenith Bank, a multinational financial services provider that has 16 years of specialising in retail banking. Despite operating in a challenging economic environment that recently saw the Nigerian economy move into recession in mid-2016, Zenith Bank has resisted to remain one of the leading financial services in the country, and it is here where Olowe has been central to the Bank’s resilience.

Through provision of timely and accurate legal advice and the management of the Bank’s in-house legal staff, Olowe is relied upon as a core part of its management team, guiding it through a risk mitigation strategy to protect its long-term interests. Prior to this role, Olowe served as a legal officer for United Bank for Africa, a role he held for a three year period.
