Nozi Cecilia Zulu is a talented mining lawyer, whose experience spans over nearly 15 years in-house and in private practice. Following her graduation from University of KwaZulu-Natal, Zulu joined Moss Morris (then called Routledge Modise) where she worked for two years before moving to Nedbank as a legal advisor. Instantly impressing with her involvement in commercial transactions, as well as her intuitive grasp of internal corporate processes, Zulu was invited to serve as a senior legal counsel at South African mining giant Gold Fields, where she worked for two years.

She then moved to the miner Hernic Ferrochrome, where she serves as executive head of legal and corporate secretarial services to this day. Utilising her years of experience encompassing legal and general management expertise, Zulu has brought immense value to her current employer and has provided outstanding advice on corporate governance, compliance, business transformation and litigation.
