Federico Verdier has been head of legal and corporate affairs at the Argentine division of Coca-Cola FEMSA, the largest global franchise bottler for The Coca-Cola Company, since 2008. Verdier advises the company on all internal legal matters including disputes, bank and intercompany loans, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and overseeing negotiations with suppliers and customers. Verdier is also responsible for external affairs including maintaining relations with public and regulatory bodies, overseeing environmental affairs and coordinating Coca-Cola FEMSA Argentina’s corporate and social responsibility initiatives. Before moving in-house, Verdier was a senior associate at Argentine firm Padilla, Kenny & Alchourron.
