Donaldson currently serves as general counsel at Nestlé’s operations in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, having previously worked in a legal specialist position at the company. Donaldson’s career at Nestlé is marked by providing exceptional legal support to both local and cross-border transactions. Recently, her team has been involved in striking a strategic deal with Britain’s R&R Ice Cream to sell ice cream and frozen foods across Latin America, the Middle East and Australia. Prior to joining Nestlé in May 2009, Donaldson worked as a chief of staff at the Senate of Argentina and before that as a private practice lawyer at Estudio M. & M. Bomchil Buenos Aires.
