He has been Assurant’s director covering the South America region for three years, responsible for the development of the internal legal department and advising on a wide range of issues relevant to the company’s business interests. Pereyra started his career clerking for a federal judge for five years, after which he joined an Argentine law firm for another five years, before getting his LLM degree from the University of Michigan. After graduating he moved to New York where he spent one year at a law firm, before going back to Argentina where he was in charge of the Latin America legal department of a major public European bank for 10 years. He then spent six years working for CAP4P as director before joining Assurant in 2016.
