Do you use any “legal tech” products, and do you find them a helpful management device?

I believe that the digitalisation of the area is key in order to be more efficient. We are developing a new app and always finding new ways of working in order to achieve this goal. It is very important to try to automate the processes, especially in situations where legal does not give added value, in order to have more time for the strategic projects or big deals.

How much influence do you, as a general counsel, have on the diversity and inclusions policies of your organisation?

We, as a legal department, are part of the DE&I committee and are aware of actions the company is doing in order to promote our DE&I principles. We support and promote these principles, and we are part of the creation of ideas and not only in the implementation.
