The team is led by director of legal affairs and compliance Sergio Gabriel Gabai, a lawyer with more than two decades of experience as an in-house counsel in the financial services sector. Prior to taking the helm of the department in 2007, Gabai served across leading financial institutions in the region, such as BBVA Banco Frances- Credilogros, BBVA Banco Frances, BankBoston, Deutsch Bank and Banco Comercial de Tandil. The legal team is organized in four units, managed by four professionals who rely on wide experience in the financial industry to address corporate affairs, lawsuits, contracts and counseling, and Supervielle´s anti money laundering programs.
