As well as this, function leader and regional director for legal, compliance and public affairs for the Austral Region Fernando Hofmann came in for particular praise, as nominators stated that he ‘has significant contractual and negotiation skills, is a great leader and has the ability to manage and coordinate an extensive regional group of people’.

Hofmann himself places ‘advertising challenges and e-commerce’ among the team’s most salient concerns lately, as it looks to take the already well-known brand to the next level in the region. He lists the company’s day-to-day responsibilities as being ‘to support the business in compliance activities and programs, plus litigation and taxes’. Highly confident in the team’s abilities, he sums up its ethos as such: ‘Focus on delivery, and never say never’.
