With over 50 years of local experience, US Fortune 500 company ManpowerGroup develops innovative human capital solutions for more than 2,000 clients in Argentina. The legal team at the Group’s local subsidiary, ManpowerGroup Argentina, is comprised of a number of talented and experienced lawyers, with Gonzalo Ruiz Diaz heading the function as legal affairs manager since 2012.

Some of the in-house lawyers supporting Ruiz in the team include legal, tax and compliance manager Giselle Malagrino and Martina Larcamón, the latter of whom joined in 2017 and also predominantly works on legal, tax and compliance issues. As the company’s compliance area was added to the legal affairs function in 2015, local ethics and corporate compliance adviser Gonzalo Santiago Cadelago has a key role in the team.

The team was commended for its role in ManpowerGroup Argentina’s collaboration agreement with the government of the province of Buenos Aires signed in 2018 to promote access to employment for vulnerable populations.
