Supporting the Southern Cone operations of the global sportswear brand Nike, the Argentine legal team is led by Southern Cone legal director Pablo Windhausen. Reporting into him and making up the rest of the team is Southern Cone legal manager María Mercedes Ribero and legal analyst Julieta López. As a team they deliver premium high quality service adding value to the business every day with a legal mission in mind: ‘create and protect shareholder value’, explains Windhausen.

It is to this end that the team is constantly in touch with all team members from various areas of the company to proactively work on prevention and education. To this end it provides continuous internal support and implementation of compliance programs and initiatives, partaking in regular live and online trainings.
