During the past year, what are your proudest accomplishments?  
 
On December 13th, Promethean World, along with all its subsidiaries, was spun off from its parent company, NetDragon WebSoft Holdings, and merged into an existing publicly traded company on the NYSE American called Gravitas Education Holdings (GEHI). At the time of the merger, GEHI changed its name to MYND.ai (NYSE: MYND). I helped to facilitate that transaction over the last 18 months. I am now the executive vice president and general counsel for the publicly traded company Mynd.ai, as well as the subsidiary which remains as Promethean.  
 
What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?  
 
As a newly public company, we are working towards ensuring compliance with our SEC filing requirements and ensuring good corporate governance under the NYSE regulations. 2024 will be a year guided by the need to drive value to our public shareholders. Strategically, we will need to work toward full SOX compliance and building a recurring revenue stream through the introduction of a new SaaS platform.  
 
Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, you are passionate about?   
 
I am a breast cancer survivor myself, so I am passionate about supporting breast cancer research.
