During the past year, what are you and your teams’ proudest accomplishments?

Since joining Momnt in April 2023, I have been proud of my contributions to several impactful achievements. My team facilitated the launch of several new products and services, leading to increased utilization and the entry into new areas of business. I led the development of our inaugural rated asset-backed securitization of US$125mn, helped secure multiple warehouse lines, and implemented multiple compliance and corporate governance initiatives. Beyond the projects I have worked on, I am proud of the team’s collaborative spirit and commitment to building a value-driven culture. I have witnessed and participated in numerous initiatives prioritizing employee well-being and professional development.

What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?

My strategic priorities for 2024 focus on continuing to build upon the foundation I established in 2023. We are working on further developing the programmatic securitization shelf initiated last year, which has strengthened our financial foundation and positioned us for sustained growth. Additionally, I am prioritizing navigating the legal and regulatory landscape as we further expand into new markets, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks effectively. Our efforts are also directed towards entering new territories to broaden our market reach and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Moving forward, proactive legal management is at the heart of Momnt’s growth strategy. I aim to own the legal process entirely and drive expansion with confidence.

Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about?

As a legal strategist, I thrive at the intersection of imagination and execution. While some might see the law as a field involving significant repetition, I am energized by its potential to unlock growth and empower ambitious companies. My passion lies in crafting innovative legal frameworks that dismantle traditional thinking and solve problems, enabling businesses to propel themselves into uncharted territory.
My journey has taken me from launching the first-of-its-kind international pooling platform to guiding a REIT through its public offering. Each experience has fueled my belief that legal expertise can be a powerful catalyst for positive change. Beyond the boardroom, I am an advocate for fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. Bringing joy, fun, and a sense of calm to high-pressure situations builds stronger teams and fuels collective success.

This unwavering passion for legal innovation and team spirit translates to everything I do. Whether collaborating with visionary leaders or mentoring within my organization, I am driven by a desire to push boundaries and create meaningful impact.
