Vered Keisar joined ResMed in 2012 as a legal counsel looking after the Asia Pacific region and has since moved up the ranks to become vice president and general counsel of Asia Pacific in 2017. A highly experienced commercial lawyer, Keisar brings her nearly 20 years of experience to ResMed and provides expert guidance on IP, regulatory, commercial and compliance matters. ResMed is a US headquartered connected health company with five million cloud-connected health devices and software specialising in treatments and therapies for sleep apnoea, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other respiratory conditions.
Publicly listed on the ASX as well as other global stock exchanges, ResMed is an industry leader and a major player in the Asia Pacific healthcare industry. In terms of regulations and IP, Keisar is involved in the company’s clinical trials and announcements of new products and testing from a legal standpoint, including the recently announced new discoveries in healthcare treatment from ResMed’s latest clinical trial in affiliation with the University of Sydney, University of California San Diego and Grenoble Alpes University in France.
