Sourcing lawyers with two-to-four years post-qualification experience and finding appropriate ways to engage with a younger cohort to accommodate their preferences in recruitment processes has been a challenge.

Looking forward, what technological advancements do you feel will impact the role of in-house legal teams in the future the most?

ChatGPT and similar AI advancements are likely to challenge legal teams to do more and will potentially push in-house legal teams to justify their value to a business.
