Could you share an example of a time when you came up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works and did not come at a large expense? 

NEXTDC is scaling at a rapid pace and our relatively small legal team, of five lawyers across three cities, is constantly challenged to get to the right answer on issues efficiently. Our practice of short daily huddles is the reason we do this well. 

What are the most significant cases or transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?  

Some of the most significant cases concern the development of our new data centre projects in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Auckland, New Zealand.
