First, can you please give us an idea of the sort of work your team has done recently?  
 
We provide legal support to all members of the group worldwide. We offer advice on legal and regulatory matters, assist with corporate and commercial transactions, and manage all major disputes. Our advice and assistance cover all major areas of law, including corporate law, finance law, contract law, product safety law, IP, IT, data protection, competition law, sustainability, and employment law.  
 

How does your legal strategy change during periods of instability or uncertainty?   
 
We maintain a small team that works closely and directly with the business teams so that we can quickly and easily understand their concerns. Each team member possesses specialist knowledge but is also capable of working across all areas of law for maximum flexibility. Furthermore, each team member operates across all business divisions as to ensure consistent advice and enable us to assist in building synergies across the group.  
 

Do you make use of any ‘legal tech’ products, and if so, for which areas of your job do you find it most useful?   
 
We mainly utilise legal tech products to assist in managing regulatory requirements. Additionally, we use translation products to assist with contract drafting.
