First, can you please give us an idea of the sort of work your team has done recently?  

Since January 2024, me and my team as central legal services team in Greiner are responsible for the establishment and rollout of groupwide global legal and compliance standards and policies, such as corporate housekeeping, compliance, data protection but also enabling legal tech solutions for best-in-class legal services using among other AI-functionalities. 

How does your legal strategy change during periods of instability or uncertainty?  

Legal advice has steadily to adapt to changing circumstances and business needs. In cases of instability and uncertainty, communication stays key and we are always eager to find ways to make our legal support as fast, solution oriented and efficient as possible.  

Do you make use of any ‘legal tech’ products, and if so, for which areas of your job do you find it most useful?  

Contract drafting, contract archiving, knowledge management and also contract assessment.
