First, can you please give us an idea of the sort of work your team has done recently?  

We support the various sales projects with big customers, such as big airlines, regarding the acquisition of several aircraft. Furthermore, we provide legal input for public tender processes. 

How does your legal strategy change during periods of instability or uncertainty?   

We believe that the legal strategy should always be to enable the business on the one hand and on the other hand to avoid or mitigate risks for the company and to find the right balance between these two goals. In an instable or uncertain environment, it may be justified to move more towards the avoidance of risk. 

Do you make use of any ‘legal tech’ products, and if so, for which areas of your job do you find it most useful? 

At the moment, we do not use any legal tech products.
