Could you share an example of a time when you came up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works and did not come at a large expense?

Constant improvement and simplification are key to continued success. We developed a list of issues that can be improved and simplified. Every team member was asked to reflect on simplification measures in their respective areas. Consequently, measures could be identified on how improve in potential areas where simplification can be achieved. This came at no cost at all.

Apart from legal matters, has the team worked on other company initiatives?

The team has worked on a variety of issues apart from legal matters. The team has participated in the Allianz Corporate Volunteering Day and actively participates in other company wide initiatives such as projects to enhance employee and customer satisfaction.

Can you sum up the team culture/ethos in one sentence?

The team´s culture is characterised by the willingness for constant learning and development, followed by all team members, and by the balance between the necessity of adherence to internal and external regulations and the general needs of the business. This is achieved by ensuring constant training and by the advancement of the skills necessary for each team member. In doing so each team member can develop a deep understanding for their respective area and business counterparts.
