Could you share an example of a time when you came up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works and did not come at a large expense?

During the past year, in addition to the day-to-day business, we have been working as a team on setting up cooperation with an external partner in providing banking services.

Our task was to identify the regulatory and contractual issues in this project, create training for our external partner and internal supporting units, and accompany the implementation of the digital process. During this project, we were in very close exchange with our sales, digital and AML/Compliance colleagues to properly absorb the legal issues and reflect them in the implementation. In this project and elsewhere, our legal team’s brainstorming rounds were essential to generate new ideas and solutions and explore different possibilities and approaches.
