Could you share an example of a time when you came up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works and did not come at a large expense?
We implemented DocuSign, which simplified and sped up the signing and archiving process within the group. We are also working on implementing HighQ from Thomson Reuters and introducing document automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) in our legal operations.
Apart from legal matters, has the team worked on other company initiatives?
We worked on implementing a modern compliance system, IT security, and data protection codes of conduct.

We invest in people!
We have never sold any of the businesses we acquired – which is unusual among corporate buyers. Contrary to widespread managerial practice that encourages growth for growth’s sake, Modaxo develops sustained growth slowly and steadily over time. All the new acquisitions will be integrated, – coaching and sharing best practices – remaining independent in their operations.
