Could you share an example of a time when you came up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works and did not come at a large expense?
The team developed a digital solution allowing approving and execution of proxies and power of attorneys for the Europe and South American regions. Until the implementation was completed, the process was complex and lengthy, involving multiple approvals via email with lots of resistance from the organisation to accept responsibility and accountability, such as those concerning delegation of authority. The solution (developed in-house) allowed the proper allocation of responsibility and accountability and the execution of the majority of the power of attorney and proxies via e-signature.
