Kevin Wilson has served as the general counsel of OSY Technologies in Luxembourg for the last three years.
Prior to this role he was chief counsel for British multinational defence, security and aerospace company, BAE Systems Applied Intelligence.
Wilson also worked at financial software company, Misys from 2004 to 2008, taking on various in-house legal roles and leaving as vice president and general counsel for banking.
