Leading the legal team from the Luxembourgian headquarters, is Michel Nielsen – a lawyer with expert knowledge in the areas of commercial and company law, transportation and logistics law and financial law in national and cross border merger and acquisitions. Nielsen has been at Teekay Shipping since 2012, joining as associate general counsel. He advises the company in areas of commercial law corporate law, M&A transportation and logistics law. Prior to joining Teekay shipping he practiced at law firm, Uría Menéndez for 13 years.
