Samia Guessabi-Colombijn has practiced in multinational environments, having both worked and studied in England and Italy and eventually settling in the Netherlands. She currently serves as the general counsel for the multinational hospitality company for the Benelux region.
Guessabi-Colombijn has previous experience of serving as a litigator, where she represented clients in cross-border civil cases and managed all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings and settlement to appeal matters.
She previously practiced as a lawyer at Kingfisher Advocaten and served as a senior legal counsel at ProRail where she advised on matters related to high-profile infrastructure projects, real estate, construction and engineering contracts.
