What will be the main focus for the company in the next 12 months and how do you intend to assist with this?

What do you feel are the pros and cons of an in-house legal role compared to a private practice one?
The pros of the in-house legal role include connection to the business and the ability to see the impact of legal advice on results for the business. There is a focus on delivering value to the business rather than calculating billable hours.
The cons would include office politics and educating businesses on some legal concepts when decisions should be made.
