What has been the number one challenge that has impacted you over the past year?

The number one challenge that has impacted me was Covid-19. I know most of us have luckily already moved on from this issue, but we must remember that, in 2022, we were closed in the beginning of the year. We have been closed, open with restrictions, and then closed again in what felt like an endless cycle. This had a lot of impact as we need to keep everyone motivated.

Do you have an example of a time when you have come up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works that did not result in a large expense?

We have structured our contracting differently, by working hard to become closer to the sales teams and the offers that go out. So, we are more engaged in the process at earlier stages and can thus easily negotiate a deal.

What would you say are the unique qualities required to be successful as an in-house lawyer in your industry?
