What has been the number one challenge that has impacted you over the past year?

In 2022, the challenge was finding an optimal balance between efficiency and effectiveness while managing costs in an inflationary environment. A focus on ESG, privacy, and transactional issues forced me to be on the top of the legal developments.

We have digitalised the corporate management of all our legal entities by centralising all data relating to the legal ‘life’ of such companies.
