Spotlight on Romanie Dendooven

Romanie Dendooven has held various positions at AB InBev and currently heads legal and corporate affairs for the brewer’s Benelux and France region, leading a team of 15 professionals advising on a wide range of legal topic as well as public affairs, corporate communications and crisis management. Her expertise covers contracts, international export, compliance, antitrust, international M&A integration, litigation, legal operations, public affairs, reputation management and corporate communications. She is a member of the Benelux management committee at AB InBev and holds various internal and external board positions. Before joining AB InBev in 2015, Romanie was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton’s corporate law department in New York and Brussels. She holds a law degree from Columbia University, US and from Ghent University, Belgium.
