Our company is constantly growing. Such growth is guaranteed by sound legal support and proper identification and timely management of any potential legal risk. The legal department at EMBOL has the priority to drive the materialisation of new projects, promoting compliance programmes that neutralise legal and regulatory risks in sensitive areas such as competition, anti-bribery, crime prevention, environment, and health and safety among others. Additionally, it is our goal to promote an ethical culture of equality and diversity between our workers and suppliers.

To provide a better service to in-house counsel, law firms could increase their interest in understanding the complexity of each type of industry and provide trained lawyers. In this way, the tailored and extensive legal knowledge could really contribute to the growth of the organisation.

What will the main focus of your company be over the next few months and how do you intend to assist with this?

EMBOL is working hard to achieve exponential growth. Therefore, the legal area accompanies this challenge by sistematising all the knowledge and legal learning experience of the past 10 years, to optimise internal processes and avoid bureaucracy and inefficiencies, so to provide useful legal information to each internal client, automating contract management processes and compliance programmes.
