Nataly Cuellar Hurtado is the legal advisor of ECOR, a company that runs the Bolivian Television Network Unitel. She has over nine years of experience in the legal field. Nataly graduated summa cum laude in law from the faculty of legal and social sciences of the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra – UPSA and has a Master’s degree in business law from the Universidad Privada Boliviana – UPB. Nataly has also completed an executive programme in digital law and contracts from IE Law School. After spending the last eight years working for a multinational consumer goods manufacturer and a private practice, Nataly has spent the last year working for Unitel. In her current position, Nataly is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with the Bolivian telecommunications regulatory standards and provides legal support to the matters that occur in the ordinary course of business.
