Family man and father of two girls. Expert in constitution and modification of companies, subsidiaries, branches, with the corresponding legal management of all the obligations inherent to the daily and extraordinary operations of companies. Providing comprehensive and strategic advice according to the business of the company. Full knowledge of the flow and procedure for obtaining permits, authorizations and licenses before State Regulatory Entities. Specialised in corporate modifications, drafting of commercial, civil and all kinds of contracts; Management of corporate obligations and requirements established in accordance with national regulations. As part of my career, stands out my role as legal advisor of the largest bank in Bolivia, Banco Mercantil Santa Cruz, clearing commercial doubts at all levels, reviewing corporate documentation and guarantees, drafting, reviewing and approving loan contracts for natural persons, as well as for companies and corporations, validating the respective registration and approving the disbursements. Among the most important milestones, having drafted and approved a banking operation for a now former President of Bolivia, as well as having signed, as a bank lawyer, one of the largest joint contracts in Bolivia, together with four other banks, in favour of a large telecommunications company. Another equally important milestone, being legal head for Hansa, one of the 100 largest corporations in Bolivia, providing comprehensive advice to the company as well as its business group, providing legal certainty in their decisions at the hierarchical, commercial, local level, departmental, national and international. Due to the magnitude of its operations, developing a great capacity for adaptability and fluidity to all types of requirements that the company needs.
