Bergman Balcazar Roca, a qualified lawyer with a degree in legal sciences from the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra, is currently completing the final module of the Master’s in Business Law (MDE) at the same university. With over ten years of professional experience, he has expertise in administrative law and administrative procedure. His career has primarily focused on legal roles within financial intermediary entities, including positions as legal assistant, legal advisor, and currently as head of legal administration at Banco Ganadero. In this role, he is responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts with national and international suppliers and service providers, monitoring legal processes, overseeing and ensuring compliance with response times for various requests, and advising different departments of the bank on regulatory compliance. He also supports the legal advisory management and deputy management in addressing requests, analysing internal procedures, resolving conflicts, and contributing to the planning and continuous improvement of the department.
