I always focus on seeking alternative solutions, working diligently with teams from other departments.

Recently, we have placed a greater emphasis on recycling used materials. 

How do you prioritise diversity and inclusion within your legal department, and what initiatives have you implemented to foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment? 

We prioritise the inclusion of female staff both at the company level and within the team. We actively encourage and promote the hiring of women, even in areas traditionally considered male-dominated.
