How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crises, and how does your legal strategy align with the broader business strategy to ensure the organisation’s resilience?
Given the existence of a scenario of instability or crisis, legal management should be assumed under a scheme of planning and determination of priorities, ensuring above all the physical, psychological and emotional well-being of the team that makes up the area and putting into practice the recovery plans. contingency developed as an area and as a company for this purpose, to achieve, above all, contain (area and institutional resilience) those who constitute the company (at all levels) suggesting betting on flexibility in some policies against the scenario.

What measures has your company taken to embed sustainability practices into its core business operations, and how does the role of the general counsel contribute to driving and ensuring sustainable practices within the company?
The role of a general counsel in a dynamic and ever-evolving industry like insurance often involves adapting strategies and actions to mitigate risks that could negatively impact our services or tarnish our image with clients. This requires close collaboration with all relevant departments to ensure that the final outcome meets our desired level of client satisfaction.
What emerging technologies do you see as having the most significant impact on the legal profession in the near future, and how do you stay updated on these developments?
Within the legal field we can mention that we use and through the IT and systems department, we manage the development of platforms to manage everything related to corporate governance, control systems and monitoring of contracts, processes; with training courses related to data security and privacy, and we try to stay updated by subscribing to legal technology pages and courses that may be presented.
How do you prioritise diversity and inclusion within your legal department, and what initiatives have you implemented to foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment?
Developing periodic meetings among team members where not only legal aspects or issues are taken into account, but also generating in each one the development of a sense of belonging and identity that is directly related to the representation or formation of an entity; promoting respect, tolerance and understanding among everyone, where they are valued and integrated with their contributions and witness a scenario where the rights and guarantees of people prevail as an essential part of an institution.
