Picoto has been influential the development of GlaxoSmithKline’s ‘Anti-bribery and corruption’ framework (ABAC), an act which has ensured the organisation’s compliance with the highest ethical standards and all anti-corruption laws applicable. The implementation of the ABAC has guaranteed internal personnel and third parties acting on behalf of the business adhere to the organisations zero tolerance approach to all forms of corruption and the maintenance if accurate records in relation to all business dealings.
