A highly experienced and prominent legal and compliance senior executive with over 20 years of in-house legal experience with multinational companies in Brazil, Euridice Mason has led the legal function at Harsco Corporation as senior regional counsel and compliance Latin America since 2015. Her remit covers all legal advice in operational and strategic matters for Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Mexico and Guatemala inclusively, as well as compliance governance for the region. Mason reports to the group general counsel and chief compliance officer and is the most senior lawyer in the region. Harsco Corporation is a leading industrial manufacturer of metals and materials, custom industrial products and a major railway maintenance company. Mason’s legal department provides advice on a range of issues including, contracts, environmental law, labour matters, civil and tax litigation. She also leads the compliance team in training and investigations.
