The pandemic has, in fact, brought a reformulation in the way we work. The need for a thorough reading and deepening of the issues has become increasingly growing in the pandemic, since contact with people has been greatly reduced. Nevertheless, and precisely because of this new scenario, the interaction of the teams as a whole with the company’s goals and values ​​became even greater due to the new normal and the online communication model. Meetings that previously could take longer due to face-to-face contact have become increasingly faster and more productive. Although working together and in person is necessary, the new model brought about by the pandemic showed the incredible development and adaptation of people.

Adaptation and mobility are the keywords. Not only with the pandemic, but also with the development and search for new markets, so that you can lead a competent team, adapting to new situations, emergency cases and urgent demands must be the number one characteristic of a legal team. To achieve success in the corporate world, the understanding that situations can change quickly must be on everyone’s mind so that, from the new situation, delivery is effective and fast. Likewise, mobility and flexibility to obtain results must also be the guideline for employees in order to achieve the company’s expectations and goals.
